HDP led the design and construction supervision services for the Gastroenterology Hospital on Plot measuring 6451.20 M2 in Dubai Healthcare City – Phase 2 in Dubai – UAE. The facility is envisaged to be next to the recently completed Barraquer Ophthalmology Hospital, and comprises of 2 Basements (1 Partial basement floor), Ground plus Six floors. The 65-Bed hospital is expected to have a total Built-up area of approximately 22,200 M2. The vision, through the state-of-the-art, yet functional and efficient healthcare facility is to establish itself as the most trusted Gastrointestinal Care Center by promoting innovation and patient well-being by providing the best quality care. The mission is to provide a patient-centric and evidence-based approach to GI care and to introduce a new concept of GI services focusing on preventive and comprehensive management with quality care which are combined to achieve greater medical outcomes and patient satisfaction. The new Gastroenterology Hospital in Dubai – UAE was designed in compliance with the DHA Guidelines as well as the latest codes of practices and international design guidelines. Specialized Gastrointestinal Hospital will provide a safe and efficient wide range of GI services focused on minimally invasive procedures, a multidisciplinary approach, and preventive care.
